HEALTH CRISIS: Music information for live shows, streaming, etc.
MANY VENUES/FESTIVALS ARE OPEN/HAPPENING, BUT SOME ARE NOT
Due to the current national health crisis, Mississippi's nightly blues music and annual festivals may or may not be happening. See below, and watch our MS Blues Trail Calendar for updates on in-person events. Also, please support our musicians/venues who are putting on
'live streaming' web concerts and watch parties via Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Executive Orders/CDC Recommendations/Venue & Festival Requirements may include these music venue/event restrictions: Social distancing at all times. Masks indoors. Indoor and outdoor venues/events are operating at reduced capacity/attendance. See details and updates via
https://www.sos.ms.gov/Education-Publications/Pages/Executive-Orders.aspx as well as individual blues venue/festival websites. Please help us keep our musicians and citizens safe — allowing Mississippi to have even more live blues events. Thanks, y'all!
