The B.B. King Museum and Delta Interpretive Center welcomes 12-year old Matthew Davidson to the stage in Lucille’s, the Museum gift shop, Saturday, September 18 at 1:00 p.m. Davidson is an accomplished guitarist and vocalist from Shreveport , LA. He will be performing at the Museum prior to taking the stage at the Delta Blues Fest in Greenville.

The B.B. King Museum presents “Dear Lemon Lima,” the first in our new film series including a conversation with the filmmaker as part of the South Arts Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers. The film will be shown in the Museum’s Intro Theater on Saturday, September 18 at 4:00 p.m. Following the screening of her feature film, Director Suzi Yoonessi and the audience will engage in a discussion about the film and her work as a filmmaker. Space is very limited and reservations are strongly encouraged. We are suggesting a $3 donation at the door. Following the event, guests are encouraged to come together at the Blue Biscuit restaurant located at 501 Second Street , Indianola. A portion of the Blue Biscuit’s take that evening will be donated to the Museum to support the film series and future community programs.
