In addition to Birney signing copies of his book “Juke Joint”, the amazing blues guitarist and singer Terry Harmonica Bean will be performing, as well as the stellar food and drinks by Magnolias Restaurant and The Smokestack. We hope that you can join us for the opening Sunday August 22 from 4 pm to 7 pm…”

9/4-5, 2021 – Mag Fest – Mag Fest w/JP Soars & the Red Hots and opener Stan Street Band at Juke Joint Chapel (Shack Up Inn) on Sat 9/4 at 8pm (cover), AND Black Water Trio in Hopson Courtyard on Sun 9/5 at 2pm (no cover, free BBQ).

“Mag Fest” is a quasi-annual blues ‘n roots music festival put on by Clarksdale transplants, the Magnusson Brothers. It’s always a good time!
