‘Blues on the Porch’ Summer Concert Series

This new concert series will feature Hill Country Blues musicians performing monthly on the front porches of local
antebellum houses. Concerts are free and open to the general public.

HOLLY SPRINGS, MS (February 24, 2020) – Porch Blues is thrilled to announce a new summer concert series,
Blues on the Porch, that brings Hill Country Blues musicians home to Holly Springs for monthly evening
concerts. Each concert is on the porch of a local antebellum home and open to the public at no cost. Gates open
at 7:00, the musicians play from 7:30-8:30. Concertgoers are free to spread out on the lawn around the porch an
are encouraged to bring their own chairs, blankets and picnics.

The lineup is: May 23 – Mark Muleman Massey; June 20 – Lightnin Malcolm; July

25 – Kenny Brown; August 16 – Lady Trucker and the Headcutter Band; September 26 – Garry Burnside.
