Super Chikan joins blues greats in the Walk of Fame like Son House and Ike Turner. Don’t miss this very special event… as Juke Joint Festival weekend begins.

The annual B.B. King Homecoming will be Saturday, June 11, 2011 on the grounds of the B.B. King Museum!
The festivities will begin at 9:00 a.m. with Indianola’s Open Air Market and Kid Zone. The Market will feature locally grown produce as well as artwork from more than 40 Delta artisans. New to the Market this year is are antiques! Booths will feature antique furniture, glassware and fabric. The Kid Zone will kick off with a magic show and include other activities such as a bike parade, tennis demonstration, a petting zoo, face painting, and more!
Indianola Main Street will host a Backyard BBQ competition. If you are interested in participating, please contact Sherilyn Jones at 662-887-2170.
This year’s concert will start at 2 p.m. on the west side of the Gin at the B.B. King Museum. See below for the tentative performance schedule:
