Blues/R&B/rock ‘n roll pioneer IKE TURNER of Clarksdale — Mr. “Rocket 88” — will be honored by the Mississippi Blues Trail and Blues Commission for his early work as a blues pianist/guitarist, recording artist, talent scout and band leader.
