Spring Break is happening at the B.B. King Museum!
Monday – Friday, March 12th – 16th
9:00 a.m. — 4:00 p.m.
Ages 10 – 18
While you’re out of school, this is the place that’s cool!
Join us all day each day, or drop in for an activity or two —
X-Box, Music, Art, Dance, Fitness, Double Dutch
No need to sign up in advance — Just show up!
Light healthy lunch included — and you’ll help make it!
And best of all, everything is FREE!

Special Events – Thursday and Friday of Spring Break
Thursday the 15th at 1:00 visiting author James Kennedy will involve everyone in activities based on his fantasy novel, The Order of Odd-Fish, which was named by the Smithsonian as one of its Notable Books for Children in 2008. He will perform a reading and lead the teen participants in creating characters, complete with costumes he will provide.
This book program is sponsored by the Sunflower County Library System and is partially funded under the federal Library Services and Technology Act administered by the Mississippi Library Commission for the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
On Friday, teens are invited for a cook-out on the lawn at the Museum with live music by Delta bands all afternoon.
