INDIANOLA: BB King Museum w/Jerry Fair, noon

The B.B. King Museum and Delta Interpretive Center welcomes Indianolanative and accomplished blues artist, Jerry Fair, to the stage inLucille’s, the Museum gift shop, Friday, September 24 at noon.

Acousin of B.B. King, Fair has been playing a wide variety of music,including the blues, since childhood and has been making a living as amusician for a number of years with performances at Club Ebony and otherlocal venues.  He has performed for both large and small audiencesacross the country including Disney World, Orlando , FL ; the House ofBlues, Boston , MA ; and the 1996 World Olympic Games in Atlanta , GA.Jerry Fair hastaught private and group guitar lessons, Museum performances andseveral private functions, introducing him to many new audiences.

Mr.Fair has scored film documentaries and has been featured in the OxfordAmerican’s Journal of Music. His way with people and his depth ofmusical knowledge make him a natural teacher as well as an engagingperformer.

High Noon Brown Bag Luncheons are held at theB.B. King Museum on the last Friday of every month, at 12 noon. Bringyour lunch.  Beverages are available for purchase.  No advancereservation required.

The Museum is located at 400 Second Street , at the end of Sunflower Avenue , in Indianola.
